Our Director of Worship, Ben Garcia, shares with us how being a part of a church plant has changed his perspective on what it means to serve like Jesus in a local church. He shares with us a special message for our church from John 13. 

Every Sunday we ask is God gonna show up at Harvest Bible Chapel. Because, when God shows up it makes all the difference. That is what makes us a “vertical church.” Yet, if we need God to show up, then why don’t we ask? Pastor Jeff Hoenshell challenges us from the book of Ephesians to ask God to show up.

One of our Four Pillars at Harvest is “Lifting high the name of Jesus in worship.” This commitment to worship keeps us focused on Jesus Christ as the center of our church. Until we can get the vertical relationship wth Christ right our horizontal relationships will be out of order. Pastor Gary Becker shares with us from Hebrews and encourages us to “Stay Vertical.”

Many sermons challenge us to be bold and share our faith with others. In this sermon Matt Rumbaugh gives us practical tips on how we can make sharing our faith an every day reality. 

The Feeding of the Five Thousand is one of the most told miracles of Jesus. It’s the only miracle that is recorded in all four gospels. Pastor Nyke Gatlin, from McLean Bible Church, gives us a challenging message based on this passage in Luke 9:10-17. Jesus’ desire to meet both physical and spiritual needs challenges us to live on mission for the sake of the gospel. 

In this sermon Pastor Joe Kelty from McLean Bible Church teaches from 3 parables told by Jesus. Each parable reminds us of how God desires reconciliation with the sinner. That reconciliation can only happen through Jesus and his work on the cross. 

From the archangel Lucifer, to Adam and Eve, throughout scripture, to the present, the origin of sin can be traced back to a selfish desire for God’s glory. While God is justified to pour out his wrath upon us he gives us his mercy by his son Jesus. Pastor Joe Kelty from Mclean Bible Church unpacks these ideas from Romans for us. 

Pastor Gary Becker, from Harvest Bible Chapel Lancaster, shares with us from Hebrews 1.  Though Christ’s birth went unnoticed, his role in our lives is living and active. God’s final Word came through his only Son, Jesus.
