Hope fest
Drive Dates: Sunday, Aug 16 & 23 | Volunteer Date: Aug 29
Share the gospel with under-resourced communities, nurture children, and strengthen families through our Back to School Hope Fest! We’re partnering with Mercy of Christ Fellowship Church and Daybreak Ministries to help provide school supplies for needy families in Lincoln Heights, D.C.
To make our initiative a success, we need 51 school supply bundles and up to 60 volunteers to hand them out. Let’s work together to show our children they are seen, loved, and supported—and to remind our community that Jesus is our greatest hope.

What Is Hope Fest?
Hope Fest is an annual carnival-style event hosted by Mercy of Christ Fellowship. Through games, food, music, and free school supplies, they share the love of Christ with their community in tangible ways.
Your help allows this small church plant to continue to serve a growing number of attendees as the event becomes more popular. Morning volunteers will help set up for the event and go door-to-door inviting community members from 8:30 – 11:30 am. The afternoon volunteers will help run the event and breakdown afterward. Of course, you can always volunteer the whole day! Children are welcome and encouraged to play the games alongside the community attendees.
