Kickoff Sunday!

Dear Church Family,

We are so excited to kick off another year of loving Christ and living sent with you! 

We would love for you to join us this Sunday, August 24 for our morning worship service and after-service picnic! Please see below for details and reminders.

10:00am – Sunday Morning Worship at Katherine Johnson Middle School

• Our kickoff theme this year is camp! 
• Optional: Arrive wearing camp-inspired clothing (e.g. bandanas, t-shirts, khaki shorts).

12:00pm – After-Service Picnic at Kutner Park

• Interested in some friendly competition? Sign up for the watermelon eating contest to go up against Pastor Matthew and others!
• The weather is projected to be very warm! Please be sure to dress accordingly.
• Bring lawn chairs, blankets, and/or canopies as seating at the park pavilion will be limited. Lawn games, frisbees, volleyballs, and other games are also encouraged! If anyone has cornhole and would be willing to bring it, we would appreciate it!
• Cars can remain parked at Katherine Johnson Middle School. Kutner Park is a short walk from the school and there will be greeters along the path to help direct you (below in blue). There is also a small parking lot available (below in yellow) for those who would prefer to drive.
